Life Coaching EL3

The purpose of Life Coaching is to develop good habits in order to make personal growth intentional. Good habits, such as goal setting, time management, and exercise are essential for long term health and social well-being of children and teens. Our Life Coaching curriculum focuses on social, emotional, and physical well-being. We integrate lessons associated with leadership and habit building to better prepare your child for the future.
In the EL3 Life Coaching course, mentors will work with your child to build self confidence, motivation, and empathy. This course uses a mindfulness and experiential approach to learning. Teachers use real world scenarios to nurture a positive mindset and begin to develop foundational skills for leadership such as critical thinking and creativity. Ultimately, students will learn the building blocks to develop good habits and create long term goals for personal growth.
